What is Loss Prevention?

Loss Prevention is the process of implementing policies, procedures and systems to prevent the loss of inventory, money or expensive equipment. Inventory shrinkage is especially important to retailers and in warehouse environments where goods are stored. Unfortunately, employee theft is the biggest problem, only to be followed by external theft and damage.

What are the benefits of Forklift Cameras?

Forklift Cameras are strategically placed to capture a view of the equipment activities at all times. As a result, employees pay closer attention to the safety rules and regulations implemented by the employer and they are more productive. If productivity suffers, accidents occur, or inventory is damaged: supervisors have the ability to review the video and identify exactly what occurred. No more carelessness. No more false claims. Fewer loss time accidents.

What is Sound Masking?

Sound Masking is the process of introducing a low volume, unobtrusive sound in the background in areas that have excess speech noise such as an open office environment, call center, or hospital.   Studies indicate that patients in rooms with Sound Masking fall asleep quicker because unwanted noises are less disruptive. And, employees working in an open office environment gain a sense of privacy.

How does Sound Masking work?

Sound Masking helps by reducing the distance where speech is intelligible. Conversations that were audible at 50-100 feet are only audible at 10-15 feet when Sound Masking is implemented. This is typically achieved by installing speakers in the ceiling.
