- The end-user makes the request for data from within their business application (e.g. Crystal Reports).
- The application makes the request to the seeMore Database Server to find the data using standard SQL.
- seeMore references its data dictionary to locate the data, determines the format the data is in, and confirms the user has the right access privileges for the information.
- seeMore then uses this information and the appropriate data source interface to access the data.
- Upon receiving the information, seeMore passes it back to the end-user application.
